The completed lease application form, a valid state issued ID, and the application fee is required to start the application process.

Note: The lease application is an editable .pdf form. Do not edit the .pdf form without saving it to a folder on your computer first! Othewise your edits will be lost! Download the form to your computer and save it to a folder. Then open the form from the saved folder, edit it, and then save again.
